What is Good4Gut?

Good4Gut creates thoughtfully made food products designed to be enjoyed as part of a balanced, everyday diet. We focus on quality ingredients, careful preparation, and great taste.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made in Australia in small batches. As with all food products, variations can occur between batches.

What ingredients do you use?

Each product page lists full ingredient information. If you have any questions about specific ingredients, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Do your products contain allergens?

Our products may contain or be made in a kitchen that handles common allergens such as nuts, seeds, gluten, and dairy.

While we take care, we cannot guarantee products are free from traces of allergens. If you have severe food allergies, please review ingredient information carefully.

Are your products suitable for special diets?

Suitability varies by product. Please refer to individual product descriptions for dietary information.


Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Australia only.

How much does shipping cost?
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $75
  • $11.95 flat-rate standard shipping
  • $19.95 flat-rate express shipping

We ship heavy, premium, whole‑food granola. No hidden fees.

How long will my order take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.


Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

What if my order is faulty or incorrect?

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

I don't like the taste — can I return it?

Taste preference is considered change of mind, and we're unable to offer refunds for this reason. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or incorrect.

How should I store my products?

Storage instructions are provided on the packaging. In general, store products in a cool, dry place and reseal packaging tightly after opening.

How long do products last once opened?

For best freshness and flavour, we recommend consuming products within the timeframe stated on the packaging once opened.
